Business Manager
Key Responsibilities
	• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve organizational growth targets
	• Implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining or improving service quality.
	• Designing Business plan for assigned responsibilities.
	• Streamline retail operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
	• Monitor and adjust strategies based on market dynamics and performance metrics.
	• Responsible for the Property management & operations of the Company.
	• Address client concerns and proactively identify opportunities for account expansion.
	• Property & Rental management of Assigned Properties.
	• Collect receivable accounts/rents from tenants and handle operating expenses.
	• Involvement in the company’s Event, manage and execute.
	• Responsible for payment of Utility& Community fees.
	• Advertise and market vacant properties.
	• Supervising Repair and maintenance works.
Requirements
	• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field. Masters degree is plus.
	• Min 5 years experience as a Business Manager or in a similar role.
	• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
	• Working knowledge of Property Regulations
	• Excellent Communication Skills.
	• Well organized and excellent time management skills.
Marketing Officer
Key Responsibilities
	• Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
	• Create compelling marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, digital advertising, and traditional media
	• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences and competitor activities
	• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing collateral, including content creation, graphics and promotional materials
	• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for optimization
	• Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to enhance brand presence and foster community engagement.
	• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in marketing.
	• Any other tasks assigned by Management.
Requirements
	• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
	• Proven experience in marketing roles, with focus on digital marketing preferred
	• Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and practices
	• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
	• Two wheeler license
Sales Representative (Retail)
Key Responsibilities
	• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products based on their needs and preferences
	• Provide product knowledge and information to customers, including features, benefits, and pricing
	• Actively engage with customers to understand their requirements and offer personalized recommendations
	• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems
	• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
	• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring product availability
	• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in accordance to company policies
	• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives
	• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
	• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and achievements.
Requirements
	• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
	• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
	• Ability to work well in team environment and adapt to changing priorities
	• Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems
	• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed
	• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by retail schedule.
